Cash payments and Booking Policy - from January 1st 2026

It's become clear that I need to make a small but important change to how class spaces are booked and paid for, so that the classes can stay full and continue to run sustainably.

Over the past months I've been very flexible with rollovers and late cancellations, often without notice. Unfortunately this has meant empty spaces that couldn't be filled and less income to cover venue hire and running costs. To avoid reducing classes further or increasing prices, I need to introduce clearer booking boundaries.


From 2026, the policy will be:

No spot is held without payment.


If you haven't paid, you haven't booked.

Cash payments are still welcome, but must be made in advance, not on arrival.


How cash payments will work:

  • Cash must be paid:

  • at the previous class or

  • dropped off earlier in the week (envelopes/forms will be available in class)

  • Any unpaid spaces will be released 24 hours before class so they can be filled.

  • If you haven’t paid in advance, you must message me before booking closes and you’ll only be accepted if space remains.

I’ll be updating the website to reflect this, and I understand this needs a gradual changeover.


These changes will be fully in place from Sunday 1st February 2026.


A positive change

I’ll also be adjusting the cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation notice will change from 48 hours to 24 hours

  • Please let me know as soon as possible if you can’t attend
