Class Info
-
All of our lessons include regular breaks built into the session where necessary.
-
I aim to teach for at least 45 minutes regardless but I do try to give you more(quite often very close to an hour), however this is not always possible should setting up, queries, etc take extra time - pre-book online and let us know when you arrive for the register so we can get dancing asap.
-
The doors open on the hour or at the time stated that the class start and this does not mean that you will be dancing straight away, but we always aim to be as close to the start as possible.
-
Do not arrive earlier unless advised and if the room isn't available to us yet, please wait outside or at the door.
-
-
I do have a responsibility to ALL the dancers so there will usually be a small break. During hot weather this may be more than once during the class, to allow for hydration and I also look at the cardio activity amount during the classes. If you are unsure of anything, please ask.
-
Class numbers at all venues ARE limited in number. Please contact me before arriving if possible to ensure that we have a space for you if you haven't prepaid. When booking online the booking allocates the spaces to a limited number. If you haven't booked in, please contact me first to check if there is a space for you - or by email or message at least an hour before the class.
-
If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please let me know as soon as possible.
-
If no notice is given, payment for the class will still be due. For those using a class pass, your card will be stamped for the missed session.
-
If you cancel 24 hours or more before the class, this will simply be treated as a cancellation and I will do my best to fill your place.
-
Cancellations made only an hour or so before the class are unlikely to allow enough time to offer the space to others. In these cases, as the class runs with one fewer dancer, no refund or pass credit will be given.
-
Remember to bring a bottle of water or similar with you - keeping hydrated is important.
